2. Regurgitation in infancy does not have gag reflex or provocative an is off significance

3. Treatment

    1. Syrup ondansetron 0.15cc/kg bid #1

        1. or amp ondansetron 0.15mg/kg IM or IV (2, 4, 8 mg)

    2. Ondansetron is almost safe except for long QTs

    3. For motion sickness

        1. Tab dimenhydrinate #20 q4h

        2. Tab B6 #30 qd

        3. Tab Zintoma #30 qd

        4. Tab metoclopramide #20 qd

            1. do not prescribe it with promethazine due to high risk of extra pyramidal symptoms
